Priapism At What Point is it Dangerous

So last night I upped my dosage on Bimix and ended up with a priapism. At 3 and 1/2 hours it started to go down but was still semi erect for or rubbery for over 4. When I awoke 6 hours after I took the injection I was completely flaccid. Is there any chance I could have damage my penis from a priapism of this length? Thanks for your help.

My first time I went 5 hours, posted about it here and he said that was okay. But it sure as hell isn't much fun.

Did you have any Sudafed on hand? If you do MAKE SURE it is NOT timed-release.

Boston , according to Paul , unless you have a purple , throbbing hard on that hurts like hell , there is no reason for concern .I got real scared a couple of times at first ....did the cold shower thing , and sudafed , didn't seem to shorten the erection time .
I am hard for 4 to 5 hours EVERY time , never a throbbing hard on .........always goes down . So I don't worry about it any more . Oh , and by the way I only inject enough to get hard enough for sex ....I'm not after the straight up rocket .

Let's just say you were lucky ... anytime after 4 hrs. usually requires a visit to the ER. I've had that happen several times and believe me it's not fun. Now you say you "upped" the dosage ... just how far did you go? Obviously it was too big of a jump ...

My experiences using trimix injections include many long lasting erections..... My urologist says, that unless there is accompanying PAIN, there is no risk. My sudafed (purchsed at the same time as my very first injection) remains un-opened after 3 years.

After injecting, I set a timer for 3 hours. If I am still hard, which is usually true, I do 40 to 100 deep knee bends
The exercise pulls blood to my legs and I usually deflate. If I can get to point where I can bend it 90 degrees, then I am safe.
I set a second alarm for the another hour (the 4 hour point).
Laying down sends blood to my penis, so I am usually hard again.
Another round of 40 deep kneebend deflates myself for good.

My legs are getting really strong!

Thanks for the replies. I took a levitra Friday night and things worked fine. So proof their was no damage. Injected this afternoon with 6 units of my bimix 15/0.5 mix instead of the 9 I used Thursday and had some good sex after some morning sex with a weak non-medicated erection. So basically I feel good....
