To update: officially about 2.5 months out now. I don’t have regrets- the erection provided by my inflated implant is harder and more reliable than anything I ever achieved on my own. I can rest easy knowing I had severe venous leak that needed to be addressed.

That being said, I hope that one day I can truly painlessly inflate to max or close to max and it feels completely natural. The pain in this recovery was never unbearable, but man, the entire recovery process has lasted a lot longer than I think I realized at the outset.
28M, inadequate partial erections as far back as I can remember due to VL. Completely unresponsive to pills, disappointing response to Trimix. Stretch test 19cm. Implanted 1/6/23 24cm Coloplast Titan (Classic Model) by Dr Eid with .5cm RTE on left side

Dr. Perito told me once “the best exercise for cycling is actual sex”. Like you, max inflation is still a white knuckle experience. But, here lately the girlfriend and i have been going at it at 80%+, hard. She’s working it from every possible angle.

While not cycling per se, thank you Dr. Perito for making this aspect much more pleasant!

I’m 4 weeks post, started cycling yesterday. I pump until I can’t squeeze the pump at all and have no pain. I do the exercises and maybe get a half pump more.

We'll see how I feel the first time I'm able to have intercourse.

Good for you I’m unfortunately 4 months out and still in a relatively large amount of pain at max inflation

I have found that Max inflation is much more pleasant if you have someone playing with your dick be that you or your wife or someone.... Bend it stretch it move it in circles pull the meat up pull the meat down just move it all around. Even if it's not with the intention to ejaculate. I'm supposed to cycle for an hour at max inflation a day, I increase the pumps about every 15 minutes to the max I can pump it, and max inflation is not comfortable at all. That said I jumped the gun today and the wife and I went at it for about an hour and 45 minutes in about four positions and some oral... And I more or less forgot I was max inflated, I may not be able to walk tomorrow but was the best time I've ever had max inflated.

Stretch, use, heat, something with it while max inflated, makes time pass faster and frankly makes it hurt less or at least the perception changes. ;)

(Edit: no lie tho, im sore as hell now, deflating it made it hurt bad for about 5 minutes)
