Implant plus circumcision

I would like to hear from anyone on FT that got their implant and got circumcised at the same time. Would like to hear how it went, pain, issues etc.. You can PM me please.

I had an implant and circumcision, details are in my journal.
34 Years Old...Peyronies for 4 years. 20 Degree left and upwards curvature, major dents and narrowing, ED.

Implant + Tunica Expansion Procedure, 7th Feb 2023, Titan 22cm + 1cm RTE

Aussie, can you explain the Tunica Expansion Procedure?
60 yrs old. Gradually worsening ED for 10 years. Pills and trimix not working well anymore. Will need an implant in the near future.

If you don't mind me asking ....why is circumcision being considered at 75Y.O.?
1947-77YO Uncut Married 48 years to supportive wife. Serious ED at 65YO. Used pills, VED, rings, Muse, Increasing Trimix: discontinued with 85 units of 80/3/25 didn't work. Got peyronies. 22cm Coloplast Titan 11/18/20. Legacy pump.125ml reservoir. Pleased

The surgeon basically degloves the penis and performs small horizontal and vertical incisions on the tunica. It allows for some length/girth restoration, as the urethra is not altered, length gain is limited to the neurovascular bundle I believe.

There is a few studies on it, google Tunica Expansion Procedure. There is also a journal from user Tortao on the peyronies forum, he gained back 2cm which he had lost from peyronies.

Do not get circumcised unless absolutely necessary.
