I also bring my left hand finger tips around the bulb so it can't pop out of place.
I hope this makes sense. I'm a newbie and the bulb is extremely hard to squeeze.

It does make sense and that might be one more thing I am unaware of. Always slippage and I don't count those pumps, but I will adopt your suggested method and see if it improves. My hands are large with long fingers 3xl gloves so that is an issue, but I keep finding work arounds for my issues due to my hand size and just being tall. Thanks so much for the input it is appreciated. Randy

All that for no intercourse is disturbing. Please keep us posted on fixing that. Sounds like a different, more experienced doc might be in order. Rooting for you man. Randy

I have seen 4 Doctors and all say they are sorry for what happened to me but they can not touch an implant that works even if it is too short for intercourse.

Who are these doctors? Are they implantologists? You are in Minnesota? Come visit here in Illinois and see Dr Laurence Levine

Heck my nephew goes to the U of Minnesota and drives back and forth to Naperville all the time...I think maybe it's 6 hours

I'm pretty sure that you're seeing the wrong doctors. If a man gets a malleable implant due to infection. They will remove a perfectly good malleable to replace it with an inflatable.
Btw, I recall a member that did get a revision due to extreme floppy head. Wouldn't that be a too short of an implant?
I suspect that the real problem is that insurance won't pay for your revision & the drs that you've seen don't want to bother with all the paperwork to get it approved.

My last doctor was at the Mayo Clinic and he said even if I paid for it myself he would not want to open a new can of worms. If it inflates, deflates, and is not infected most all doctors will not touch it.

Book a consultation with Dr. Clavell in Houston, he can probably see you over secure video chat.

The morning he did my implant he was also correcting an implant done on someone in an adjacent country. From what little he mentioned, this guy's implant was a mess and he was going to tackle it. When I came around after my surgery, this poor guy was still on my mind and I asked the Dr. how things went with him. He reported that he was able to correct his issues and get him on track to better sex life.

There are doctors that will tackle difficult cases, don't assume nobody will. Don't give up.

Good story & excellent advice. Lots of drs out there just looking for the easy work.
The first urologist that I saw. When asked if he did implants he replied that they were too long for him to do. His comments made me put off my search for five years. I was getting inconsistent erections. Finding FT convinced me that I had wasted a lot of time.

Wanted to revisit this topic. As you recall, I was pumping 100-130 pumps to get to a hardness close to max. That was 2months to 3 months post op. I am now 6 months post op. I can now pump up to as hard as I would like, still not max, though, in about 60-70 pumps. My glans sensitivity is quite low and it could be harder than I think it is. Definitely usable at that inflation or even less. Last night received oral and the first thing wife did was stop to tell me I was much bigger than I had been (2 week interval between sex sessions.) She explained wider or thicker, more difficult to give oral. I could not tell any difference. At any rate, the lower pump requirement is nice. I leave it up fully inflated many times for 24 hours and it does not seem to leak back to the reservoir. Surgeon has had no comment, just saying it ill get better, but that is a lot of pumps (100+.) It has gotten softer, I can feel it in the pump, it is softer.

Anyone else notice a big change in pump results after a few months? Thanks.
