Didn't even notice that the ones I bought were "bamboo" and, yes, they are very comfortable.
Actually, they're made of 95% "bamboo rayon" (whatever that is) and 5% spandex.
I'd prefer more spandex because I wear a lot of UnderArmor gear which is made mostly of spandex and I like the closer fit but the Seperatecs are fine.
Underwear recommendations with a lot of ball support and space for implant?

I just got the sepratec boxer briefs in Bamboo material. They are very comfortable to wear and provide good support.

Are those the bamboo version? I got a small because of my skinny legs but the penis pouch bends me too much. I'm about 5.5" flaccid. I don't like to be bent.

The size is large which is an in-between size for me. So, the fit is a bit loose in the waist & thights but the sock fits my "flaccid" 5.5 inch dick exactly.
I think that the angled line that is visible in the sock is an impression of the glans; not an imperfection in the fabric.
The design of the shorts eliminated the sweaty/chafing balls that I was experiencing previously and the nylon/spandex materia is very comfortable. I'll definitely buy more as needed.

Very tight compression underwear help some. Any brand. They just aren't comfortable to me. Separatec is great in my opinion. They do nothing to hide the bulge however. If you have a Titan, I'm sure it they wouldn't be acceptable. Try the compression.

I’m a +1 for:
* for the weeks after surgery, any brand compression shorts, one size too small.
* once swelling has gone down, Separatec for the rest of your life.
Be well, Leto.

49. Implanted 5/21/2024 at Kaiser SSF. AMS 700 CX 21cm, 3cm RTE. Penoscrotal. Venous leak my whole life. Pills helped, but hated the side effects; worked less as I aged. Skipped injections. Grateful to bionic brotherhood that helped me make this decision.
Re: Underwear recommendations with a lot of ball support and space for implant?
I do not have an implant but do have a very large flaccid. I own Separatec but I find it actually enhances my buldge. I prefer to wear the brand 2Undr which has a larger pouch and is better at concealment of my bulge. I bought them on Amazon.
