Newbie troubles

Postby MiddleAgedMiami » Wed Apr 19, 2023 3:03 am

Hey everyone, I’m trying injections on my way to a probable implant. Dealing with psychological ED that has royally Fucked up my sex life for the past more than 2 years.

Anyway, when I first tried trimix, I used 10 units near the base and I got a rock hard erection within 5 min, and it stayed hard for 3 hours, not responsive to the injectable antidote and landed me in the hospital (it went down soon thereafter).

Next a week later I tried 5 units on the other side of my penis. Nothing. No reaction at all.

A week after that I went back to the other side and did 10 units again and got nothing.

When I first used it I went very near the base of my dick, the subsequent uses were more mid- penis.

Any thoughts as to why I got a rock hard erection on first injection and nothing sense? Should I up the dose? Was the first reaction just a fluke, because my body had never encountered this medication before?

I’m using trimix from Olympia pharmacy and it’s all frozen. I take it out and roll it between my hands for 2-3 minutes before use.

I appreciate any thoughts.

There is no need to freeze Trimix. It will keep for several months in the refrigerator.

How many hours were you rock hard?

What size needle are you using? If it's a 5/16-inch needle, make sure it is fully depressed before depressing the plunger.

You should be varying the injection spot. But my bigger question are you sure it's going into the corpus cavernosum?
Don't be discouraged hopefully, you were not injecting for the first time with a new partner. It can take a half dozen injections to get the correct dosage and be comfortable injecting.

Since you were hard for (issue more than 4 hours) and had to go to ER, I would definitely stay under 10 units until you have enough experience to know your ideal dosage.
Doubtful the first time was a fluke, If it worked once it most likely will work again. But if miss going into the corpus cavernosum, you likely will get nothing.
Age: 68. Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Used Viagra for 10+ years with mixed success.
In May 2022 started using Trimix with very good results.
Feb 2023 developed PD
2023 still in treatment for PD, and still using Trimix with very good results

Sogwap's right - you missed the corpus. Take some considerable time to go through the Injections topic and you will find good injection technique, including videos. It takes a while to learn, a month in my case. Since my left and right sides require different amounts of Trimix, I advise beginners to work with one side first. Are you injecting manually, or with an auto-injector?
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

Do not keep it frozen, just keep in the refrigerator. Keeping it frozen and then unfreezing it may lead to your getting a different dose each time because the contents are not mixed properly.

If you inject and do not get an erection the most likely cause is you did not inject into the corpus cavernosum. Try and auto-injector. It took me a couple of tries before I got the hang of it.

You most likely missed the spot, i had better results with the 5/16 syringe then the 1/2 inch one, i could use the 1/2 inch ones if i fully inserted it and then pull back a bit, i had a grower penis (recently implanted) and at times it could be very small and i would over shoot the medication, i once even injected the urethra and saw the medication come out through the pee hole lol

keep practicing
55 Years Young, ED since early 40's just started on injections Bimix Papaverine 30mg/ml Phentolamine 3mg/ml
