Yes and yes.

The alprostadil is generally considered the heavy hitter of the three. It's also the only one actually approved by the FDA. Unfortunately it's also the one most likely to cause ache or pain. It is what I use and have used from the start. Although I originally started with the proprietary brand of Edex. Very expensive so I switched to a locally compounded alprostadil mono-mix. Alprostadil may also be the ingredient the least likely to produce scaring or fibrosis although none are totally risk free.

The other yes. Tri-mix, is the combination of the three drugs. Supposedly the three drugs together act synergistically so that the three drugs working together is stronger than just the combination of the effect of the three drugs. In other words 1+1+1 equals 5 instead of 3.

Good information. Sounds like going from 6 to 20 Aprostadil with new formula will be a decent jump in strength.

Jackstraw: By "pump" I mean squeeze the last 2/3 of your length immediately after taking the needle out. Do this 6-8 times because you have two corpus cavernosums, left and right; you only inject into one, but they have a fluid connection, one to the other, along that last two-thirds of your length; and you ideally want the same Trimix amount in each, to get a straight-ahead erection.

Pumping doesn't preclude hematomas.
