True love is for fairytales. In the real world attraction comes first and love comes second it's a classic example of the the horse(attraction) pulling the cart (love). If you lose one the other will SLOWLY fade as well and result in breakup, divorce, etc.

To be more direct it DOES matter what you have at least to younger women today and I suspect all women as evolutionary psychologist point towards a hypergamous nature of women (meaning women will ALWAYS seek out the strongest man to bear their offspring and provide the best genes for their offsprings survival). I can't think of anything that would dry a woman up faster than discussing your medical issues with her. Did I ASK a women if I thought it was ok to take Viagra or Trimix nope just did and made her cum and they kept coming back. in long term relationship after love and a solid emotional connection is built I am sure it is healthy to share some of your weaknesses to a degree but i'm also sure it diminishes attraction to a degree.

Most of the men in this forum are lucky enough that they experienced ED after many many years of marriage with a woman they have been in love (worth to mention that the women of older generation are way better than girls of today) so it is understandable that the support from their partner is bigger. Starting a relationship with ED as a young guy with todays girls is a disaster if you don't hide it and she understands it. Not only will she lose attraction but also lose respect when she understands that you can't get other girls because of your limp dick and she can manipulate you like a puppet. Women want a man that other women want and desire , a man that can cheat but won't do it.
I am currently using injections as I am still young for an implant but I will never go into marriage while my future wife knows I am sticking needles in my dick everytime we have sex while her other previous partners got rock hard in 10 seconds . An implant is the closest thing to a natural, spontaneous and unsuspecting erection ,no matter how difficult the surgeries are and so many revisions that await us. ED at a young age really is hell

Yeah I told one chick about the injections because she had a fixation about doing injections (she was a nurse). We still fucked after that and everything was still normal but I don't think sharing it was necessary it didn't improve the relationship or anything. TBH I think she preferred to believe that she inspired those 3 hour erections. A lot of sex is pyschological.

Think about it, If the shoe were on the other foot would you rather make her wet for hours rather than some female performance enhancer. I believe it can be the same with an IPP I think there is maybe 3 percent chance the women you are with has ever even heard of an IPP and if your doing foreplay well certainly isn't looking for one.

There is a study and it was very large that shows women have a more negative opinion of men if they see them cry recently, no matter the reason... Mother, Sisters, Children, Wife, Therapist... More or less everyone. It's something ingrained and psychological like a lot of things related to sex... Even being aware of the bias didn't change the reaction in people. Kinda of ironic women want us to be more in touch with our emotional side, but if we display any weakness they look down on us.

I think most of women have only heard of Viagra because of its popularity. I have heard some women friends mention it in a conversation but always in a derogatory or to make fun of old men for not getting it up. Imagine their opinion on young men... Thats why I am always cautious to never mention anything. I am very worried about the future when I am going to get married and live in the same house with my wife everyday, its almost impossible to hide ED meda. Thats why I think an implant is a better option for married men for its spontanity
Venous like since I was 20 years old. Pills don't work too well. Thinking of implant in the future

Frenchie that’s your problem bro if you make this an insecurity women will pick up on it. Confidence is to women what physical beauty it to men. You don’t have to broadcast your doing injections of implant but if discovered confidently explain show not a drop of fear of rejection. That is what makes women wet guys that are fearless and can live with or without them.

I’m 57 and single and have been using my new found power for good—by good, I mean banging 30 year olds until their eyes roll back.

Good
1) With Cialis I am able to have a fairly round penis and engorged head. It’s not as thick as before but it’s good enough
2) Nobody has ever noticed it’s an implant. That said, I partially inflate, and then perform oral to pump all the way up.
3) No more perfomance anxiety but need Cialis to not be concerned about penis shape

Not so good
1) Without arousal/blood flow to penis, your penis will be oval (because the bottom of your penis doesn’t have a tube.
2) Can’t let women play with your balls if you want to keep it a secret.
3) It’s difficult/painful to put your penis in a groin protector (if you play contact sports)

Hope this helps.
As many have pointed out, there are no solutions-only tradeoffs. Determine how satisfied you are now, weigh the pros and cons and then decide. Certainly not to be rushed into at a young age until you’ve exhaused all other options (pills, injections)

Frenchie, there is an old saying that in the wild. Predators can smell fear.
I think Hillywilly is going in the right direction. If a woman senses that you fear ED she'll have a poor reaction. If she finds out that you tackled ED fearlessly & conquered it. Your lack of fear & determination to fix it will likely impress her. Better than scoring the winning point in a sports game. Its called being alpha. Try it on for size.
Hesitation, indecision are traits that most women don't admire.
Btw, I've said it before & I'll repeat it here. Women do not understand erections. Their understanding of Viagra is even worse. Making no decision will get you judged worse than a poor decision. Of all the traits that several of you guys say women are looking for. Making decisive decisions are higher.
For sure, that is one thing that this old man learned a long time ago. Women generally want a leader. Be that leader.

Hi Wunhunglo, I had the implant done for the same reason as you, I want to fuck 30 year olds to death, I'm 100 days from the implant, yesterday I fucked a girl hard, throughout the evening the inside of the scrotum where the tubes pass and there is the pump hurt, plus the shaft and the glans also hurt, do you remember if at your 100/120 days it hurt you too after sexual intercourse?

I think it makes a difference WHY the man cries. Crying for fear or over the death of a child would be seen as totally different, you think?

You can never cry….it sucks but it’s soo true. I even cried once telling a woman how much I loved her after years of being together, and I swear she never looked at me the same again. Never cried in front of her again and never will to any other person.
