I am almost 8 weeks post op and doc ok'd me to use it at 4 weeks and i am telling you at 8 weeks it is painful to have sex and hard to penetrate my partner with a floppy head since my doc wasn't able to get the cylinders all the way to the head.

If you have not been using lubrication, using it might help with the penetration.

I agree that getting second opinion on the floppy head might be good. However, since you are only 8 weeks post-op, you might wait a few more weeks to see how things progress.

Been using lubrication. My doc's other doctor in the office said they could cut on top of my dick right behind the head and connect the fibers and that would help. At this point I am almost to the point where I wished i would have got the malleable implant that you just put down when not in use and pull up when you wanna have sex. Would have kept my length.

I would go some where else where there is no relationship between your first doctor and the doctor giving you a second opinion. I would at least get an unbiased second opinion before I let anyone from that office touch me again.

If you do the math 21cm is 8.26 inches in inches. So If I was implanted with 21cm cylinders i should be getting a lot bigger than 4 inches. Also How long did it take you to get some of your length back and to be able to have sex without it hurting. Mine may hurt more because the cylinders stopped before the head and my head is now floppy.

I saw doctor today and apparently I have a weird Titan. My penis was hurting a little and always looked like I had a hard on and apparently I have to hold my quick release deflate button while squeezing my dick to make it fully deflate and look like a normal flaccid penis as the doctor asked me to pump it up and showed me a different way to deflate it. My penis is not fully flaccid and looks more normal as far as loosing about half my size he told me that it would take a full 6 to 12 months for the penis to regain its size and for the pump which is currently sitting at the base of my dick to move down by the testicles but to just keep pulling on it everyday and inflating it everyday. That he did put 21 cm tubing in me and that 21cm is equal to about 8.3 inches not 6 inches like everyone on this site keeps saying and if you do the math 21cm is about 8.3 inches. I will get my length back eventually. He gave me a script for MUZE and said to use it and that will help with healing and getting the penis head to not be so floppy that he has only had to make the incision on the top of the penis and tie fibers together once in 15 years. So he isn't worried. I feel better since it was fully deflated the pressure is off my shaft and the pain like instantly went away. He said with it fully deflated it should heal quicker and that I am still healing and am about 3 months post op that he wanted to see me in 3 months.

You don´t understand what they are telling you: Part of your penis is "inside" your body and part is outside (the visible). The inner part is 1/3 of the size aprox so If your implant is 21 cm it would give you like 5,5" of visible penis. But this is variable, it is not exact, only an estimation. A good implant does not have floppy head, perhaps with time it will correct, if not you can go for a revision where the surgeon dilates the distal penis again and probably adds 1cm extenders to support the head. Go see Dr Kramer. You should never have a floppy head. I have 21cm Titan. I am up to about 5 1/4 right now. 11 weeks post op tomorrow. I came out of surgery with 3 inches exposed. Most everyone with 21 cm settles in right around 6 inches give or take half an inch. You are never going to have 8 inches of usable length with 21cm unless he super glued it to your leg. Frankenweenie is having his done today and he is large, so you can ask him what the good doctor put in him today to be 8 or larger.

Proactive you are only a week ahead of me in recovery. I am trying different things. My doctor gave me a script for MUZE today he said it would help. Where is Dr. Kramer located?

MUSE should help to engorge the gland but only for the moment, it has alprostadil.

Dr Kramer is in Baltimore MD. University of Maryland Medical Center. Knowing him now I would fly across the country to have him work on me. He is one of the best doctors I have had. Period. He is so easy to talk to, very understanding and world class skills to boot. If I email him a question or concern he emails me back in 5 min or less. I thought my pump was too high and to far forward. He thought it was good where it settled but it was not where it was when I came out of surgery. He did say that he would relocate it after I finished healing completely. After the holidays we will look again. If I am unhappy he will drop it down. If I am good with it, we will leave it be. After this Sunday I took another stride in healing and I doubt I will have it dropped down. It seems like it freed up a good bit. High but not feeling like it was attached there like it did last week.

Sunday was a big step. Everything felt more normal than it has in 18 months since my fried stopped working. I have much more confidence today than I did a week ago.

I am sure there are other great doctors out there, but I can only vouch for Dr K. He is like having one of your best buddies who happens to have the ability to fix you.
The staff that I had there was very good as well.
