Exactly how strong is Trimix 150/5/50 compared to the rest of the formulas ?
I'm not having very good luck at 30 units. Should I be asking my doc for something stronger ?

Re: very confusing levels of strength
Hi Peter.
I've attached a list of typical formulations sold by Olympia, maybe that helps for comparison.
Your numbers do seem a little confusing to me as relating to this chart. These are given in mg/ml for Papaverine and Phent, and mcg/ml for PGE (Alprostadil). Perhaps you are listing the amount in your whole vial (not sure), but if you can do some math and convert to mg/ml and mcg/ml you can compare to this chart. For example, if your numbers are for a 5ml vial then you have a (30-1-10) formulation (i.e. the T-105). Make sense?
I have full ED due to a prostatectomy, and I was started out with the T-106 (30-1-25) which I assume is sort of medium in strength and your formulation looks one notch below that in terms of Alprostadil. Not an expert here for sure. I've only recently began the injection journey myself.
You could try incrementally upping the dose by about 5 units at a time. Most importantly, before doing that, are you sure you're getting the injection into the Corpus Cavernosum? And you can certainly ask your prescriber for a stronger mix.
None of the above should be taken as sound medical advice, I'm just a brother in the battle. Best wishes!

Re: very confusing levels of strength
thanks for the reply. I'm going to call Empower to inquire, since my urologist no longer available. His office wants me to make yet another visit to speak to someone new [ 125 mile round trip ]. I'm sure that I am injecting it correctly. If I were not , I would expect some sort of pain or bruising at the injection site. This is the last stop. I feel that this product was way mis-represented to me, and is so far a waste of time and money. Thanks again for your response.

I don't have a lot to add that wasn't covered by still_crazy or what I posted in your other thread, "Hi All!" (https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=22055), other than some encouragement. Thirty units is not a huge amount. If you were doing Caverject or Edex you'd probably be doing a whole ML.
Keep increasing your dose with what you have until that runs out. Then you can go to a stronger mix. I'm sure you're using a 30/1/10 mix as otherwise that would have been a crazy strong mix to start on. If you have a good relationship with your Primary or GP doctor you might be able to get him/her to write you a script based on your prior one. I use my primary. Although I did have to train her. Just tell your doctor your other doctor left, the 1st mix wasn't strong enough and you need the next stronger mix. Bring your old script plus print out and bring the one posted above by still_crazy. You might want to call around locally and see if you can find a local compounder that makes and sells the stuff.
You'll get there. Do try the cock rings. I'll again point to the "Cock Ring Thread" in the "Members Only". It's certainly not all inclusive on the topic and needs a lot more content but it's a place to start if you want: https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=21302
The video link still_crazy posted is well worth watching. I personally don't agree with the speaker on the auto injectors or her reluctance to use mono-mix but otherwise I thought it was very good. Plus I'm no kind of medical professional and the speaker is: https://youtu.be/GH3XIYSx3zo
Good luck.
