Pain

Ok, the two times I went to a doctor specializing in injections, it hurt badly and the few times I tried the medication at home. I found out the medication used was as follows: (1st visit/2nd visit)

PGE.....45mcg/22mcg
Papavarin.....9mg/40mg
Phentolamine.....0.9mg/3mg
Atropine.....0.06mg/0.10mg

The first time, in the office gave me a decent erection but it was really painful; and I told the office this. I suppose they changed the proportions for the 2nd visit, which hurt just as bad, and yielded a poor erection. I have since gone to as different doctor, very well respected. The doppler revealed insufficient blood flow (surely as a result of my type 2 diabetes) He says my last resorts are injections or a transplant. I am awaiting a return visit to try the injections, probably for the last time, if unsuccessful. I shared my experience with the extreme pain and hope it does not reoccur. I was told the medication is Trimix. I can't seem to determine which medication is causing the pain, and if whatever it is typically causes pain in most men.
Any comments would be welcomed.

Comparison of my formula:
I hope alignment remains (otherwise no one will unscramble it)
My Trimix contains no Atropine. I never have any pain from the mixture. Its been working for nearly 3 years.
