when will it work ?

I am new to all of this. I have worked my way up to 40 units and still don't get an erection that is hard enough for penetration. If anything, all I get is some minor swelling. My Urologist is no longer available, as he has moved out of the area.I am 2 months into a 1 year prescription of 150/5/50 trimix. Looking for a new Urologist that has any knowledge of ED. Most of the medical professionals around here seem to be prudes. Any advise ?

Your mix is actually a 30/1/10 per ml. Usually mix strength is given per milliliter. What you posted is per 5ml. Convert that to a per ml reading and it shows you have a starter mix. You need a stronger mix.

My suggestions remain the same. You need a stronger mix. Have you tried adding the novelty/sex shop cock rings or stacking with pills?

I am going to add 20 mg of Sildenafil and see what happens. I also have some Vardenafil that I can try. I live in the California foothills, and the lack of knowledgeable Urologists is perplexing, since we are surrounded by retired people.

That's what I ended up doing with my last injection (20mg of Sildenafil one hour before injection of 25 units, and I have a slightly stronger TriMix than you: 30-1-25). I was rock hard for slightly longer than I wanted to be (about 1:45), but it was great. Just be sure to have some Sudafed on hand in case it lasts a bit longer than you want. I don't think I've ever been that hard in a long time. You could hang a towel on it! I actually did that jokingly with my wife when she asked around the 1:15 mark, "has it gone down any?" and I showed her the towel trick as my answer then took a Sudafed
