Do you have a lot of anxiety or adrenaline before your activity? I believe adrenaline acts much like Sudofed in deflating an erectoin.
60 yo. RALP in June 2019. Tried bimix with limited success. Currently getting good results from trimix.

Isn't adrenaline a vasodilator ?
It's supposed to get you ready for... whatever, by increasing general blood flow... ?
40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.
