I would not cut the ligament. It will change the angle of your erection. Consider a revision if your implant was not properly sized.

Please give more details what might clue us in on your sizing. Are the distal tips fully engaged in your glans, for instance?

I am too short to stay in during intercourse to finish. my wife left because I was sized over 2 inches smaller. the doctors that I have seen do not want to redo what another doctor has done. So I have to find something that will enlarge it so I can find another woman that will like me and stay. The Ligs cutting will give more length and daily PE will gain even more length. Despite 2435tjklAS's jaundiced interpretation of your predicatment,he has a point. Or several.

You wife's leaving is unlilkely to be prompted by ONLY the loss of 2 inches penis size. Relationships are more complex and involve more factors than just one thing. Nor will mere size cause a woman to like you and stay. The cutting of the suspensory ligament may or may not allow your penis to exend further forward, but the root cause of your shortening is certainly (to my mind) an undersized implant. Since the implant's proximal end is anchored in your pelvic crus, your implant's support will only extend to the end of the implant and that dimension does not depend on that ligament.

I suggest you contact the manufacturer of your implant and let them know that you believe your surgeon undersized you (with evidence supporting your belief) and asking them for a list of surgeons who specialize in revision surgery.

For your search for a mate, I suggest examination of you you conduct your interpersonal relationships OUTSIDE of the physical. Are you generous (with your time, not material goods)? Are you kind? Do you listen? Are you supportive? Stuff like that.
