More likely the cylinders are run "thru" the spongisosum, which is what I think you see them doing when they run the sutures thru the glans with the needle at the end of the rod to guide the insertion of the cylinders in the corpora.

My personal anatomy after Eid’s great work implanting a Titan is 6” flacid (my prior erect length) to 7,25” erect. And, after a year now, seems to still be growing. As Adam said to Eve, “Stand back, I don’t know how big this thing is going to get !”

Even though I never cycled my Titan daily, my length and girth have increased slightly. My flaccid is way bigger than it ever was, for sure! Erect is still shorter than my prime days, but it gets hard.

damn i chose titan because of its cylinders that expand more than 17% in width, when inflated it expands in length instead of girth, i've increased in length and seems to have decreased in girth

Yeah, I lost a little girth too, But with the Urofill injections it's back and softer feeling. I gained a little more length after 7 months due to cycling and VED use

Have a question? How do you check your implant PSI(no valve stem)? Come on even with fluid dynamics how do you get 20 PSI with the Titan pump? I agree my Titan pump gets me so hard a cat can not scratch it. But 20 psi, give me a break.

Titans grow in length. Girth depends on what your starting girth was if you are over 5.5 inches in girth you will lose some unless a lot of your tissue is spared during the surgery. Guys that say they have a 6inch girth afterwards either had a lot of healthy tissue and didn’t get that dilated during the surgery, had a huge spongnisium, or are incorrectly measuring their girth from the base (medically accepted method is midshaft).

The circumference of both titan cylinders fully inflated is 5.1 inches plus flesh and spongnisium.

Mine is expanding in length. Don't now why, but maybe because of aggressive cycling and using the VED a few times a week. This morning when I put the ruler to it bone pressed, it measured 7 1/2 inches in length and around 6 1/4 inches of girth at the base and 6 inches midshaft. I was never this big before. I'm going to continue this routine for a while.
