Injection on Obese people

Hi,

Just a question, i was injected with alpostradil 12mg, 20mg, and 40mg. At my urologist office, I barely had erection after, it was once like 40%. But never above it Do you think tha this did not work because i am overweight.

Doubt it, I am pretty lean and alprostadil/trimix didn't work very well for me either. More likely it just didn't work because you have severe ED.

You must have a bad venous leak. As much as Trimix worked for me for a few years, as my ED progressed it would only produce a chubby (maybe). At the urologist office whatever he injected me with only gave me a soft partial erection.

40mcg is a pretty potent dose of alprostadil, all things being equal. Where was this done? Who did the injections? Did they cause any pain? How well do you trust this provider? Who are they referring you to for an implant? Is it a different unrelated provider? When possible a second opinion is always a good idea.

The injection was done by one of Dr. Frank Sommers assosiate doctors, he is famous in Hamburg, German for Men Health Issues. He is the only well known specialist. The other injection was done by a urologist in different practise. Frank Sommer referred me to Armin Soave in Hamburg, but also spoke highly of Dr. Osmonov. So, I booked an appointment with Osmonov for surgery. Osmonove is a very good surgeon, and probably one of high volume surgeon in europe.
