AMS CX guys, I have a question for you

Before I continue I just want to say this. I have not started cycling yet. I get activated in 2 more weeks. I know that my current post-op size is not something I should be concerned with and that once I have been cycling for a while I can probably expect increases in size……

Anyway, I was implanted 10 days ago (June 13) with an AMS 700 CX 21cm 1cm rear tip extender. My doctor told me that he left me 25% inflated.
Current bone pressed length is right at 6 inches and my pre-op length bone pressed was 7.5 maxed out on injections with my head fully engorged as well.
So as far as length goes, and being that I’m only 25% inflated. I feel pretty good about where I’m at and that I may get my length up to atleast 6.5 which would be an inch less than I had prior to surgery.

The REAL QUESTION I have for you gentleman who have been implanted with a CX is about your girth.
I would like to hear from everyone..

What was your girth pre op?
What was your girth a couple weeks after surgery?
Did you regain the girth you had?
Did you lose girth?
Did you increase your girth?

I ask because I feel like my length before surgery was long enough to where if I lost a half inch to an inch I would be ok with that. But I didn’t want to lose girth as well, especially with a CX that is supposed to expand in girth from what I understand.

Before surgery I was 5.5 inches girth maxed out on Tri Mix.. so prior to injections I’d say my girth was between 5.25 and 5.5 inches.

CURRENTLY 10 days out of surgery my girth is about 4.8 inches and my penis just looks small and it’s really messing with my head.

Profirefighter, I was supposed to get the AMS CX but the Doc and the Boston Scientific rep made a decision to go with the LGX instead, I'm not sure why they switched but the LGX works great.

After surgery, and I had healed enough for cycling the implant, I believe I was around 5.5 inches bone pressed, now I'm at 6.25 inches, which is fine for me, but it could reach 6.5 inches when the glans is engorged but I haven't measured it when aroused because I'm too busy with the intimate moment at hand I didn't measure before the surgery because nothing was working to get an erection, I had the Rezum prostrate procedure done for a benign enlarged prostrate and afterwards nothing worked, although I didn't try injections.

I believe that you'll be able to get back to your pre-surgery length.

As far a girth I know the the CX helps with that; it's not going to be the same nice round dick from your youth but it is just fine and my wife hasn't complained about it, she just moans with pleasure

I hope to hear in the next few months that everything is going well and you will be making great gains

I was implanted on 4-18-2023. 21 CM with no extensions. Started cycling on June 2. It has been a slow process. But as of now, June 23 I think I am returning to preop size. I have not taken any hard measurements yet. But visually I see the growrh in length, but girth is the same as before the operation.

As you are experiencing this is a long road to full recovery. I have been cycling every day except between 6-16 thru 6-21. I had a house guest and could not dedicate the time to cycling. But got back at it yesterday.

You will find it hard to squeeze the bulb to get max inflation. It has gotten better. But the pump is not like pumping a turkey baster. It is hard as a marble It takes two hands to do it Dr. Pietro has a good Meet the Penis video on you tube which works for me.

Sex has been very good with the CX implant.

I remember thinking before the operation that if I could get to the girth of a toilet paper roll (the things you think about when you forget to take your phone with you into the bathroom) I'd be happy.

I think a TP roll is about 5.5". I'm ~4 months post op now, and I'm at about 5.75" girth and 6.75" in length. It is shorter than it was in my prime, but it's also a bit thicker than it was in my prime. Since girth seems to be the preference of my wife, I call it a win-win.

I recently paid a visit to my surgeon, and his comment to me was "I can tell you've been cycling, your girth looks like a Titan". I was happy to hear that, as I knew a trade off for a more comfortable flaccid was a little less girth, but we never discussed it so he didn't know that was a concern for me. I've never seen a Titan in the wild, he's seen thousands, so I take his word for it that my girth is above average for a CX.

Anecdotally, I find my girth is more pronounced when I'm standing rather than laying on my back. I assume it's because when laying down, any natural blood flow I might get has to work against gravity, and I already know my leakage issue isn't generating much pressure. When I'm inflated to the max and have used a VED for 10-20 minutes, this thing feels like a Coke can in my hand.
