Trimix formulation strength

Hello all. Been on Trimix 5 for about a year and have had to titrate up(currently at 70 units). Am asking urologist for a stronger Trimix(doubled hopefully). I assume cutting my dose in half if strength is doubled sounds right for starters. Has anyone done this? Can you relay experiences. I’d like to get more bang for my buck(no pun intended) per vial. I should probably start low and climb up in dose. Thanks.
