Getting out of your head

Postby seeking info » Mon Sep 23, 2013 6:26 am

Any of you guys have any words of wksdom about over oming the fear of failure and getting so caught up and fearful that the meds are not gonna work that it prohibits you from psrforming at all. How do you over come se ere perfofmance anxiety. I achieve good results with low dose viagra but once we get started with sex I get so fearful that its not gonna last and start thinking about losing my erection that I cause my own problem sometimes. It seems I lose confidence in myself, then I get upset and give up and then I end up with erections most of the night, you guys got any advice about shutting down my OCD mind games. This happens occasionally and then I lose all confidence in myself and it takes me a while to get it back but once I have a sucessful night.. no problems until it happens agai . PleSe weigh in o n your thoughts.
Thanks
Scott

Scott...
I also worried about success before starting... and that became the "self-fulfilling-prophesy". It became common for me when I was using the pills. Even though my performance was a bit better going from Viagra up to Cialis then Levitra... but alas ..... that same bug-a-boo followed me there too.

Injections of trimix, however never let me down... I was confident that every time was a good time.

I wish there was a trick or cure for the "I WILL PROBABLY FAIL" syndrome. If it exists, I don't know what it is.

I had the same problem with pills. It got to the point where 100mg Viagra or 20mg Levitra didn't work at all. My wife was going to throw them away since we thought they were not only counterfeit, but useless.
Since I've been on tri-mix, I've noticed that the pills might even work if I want to go that route again.
I finally have a tri-mix formula that I believe will work without a pill boost. I'll probably still use 25mg V to get plumped before injecting which really helps hit the sweet spot.
I really believe there's a great mental aspect to some of our ED.
