What is consider Piraprism?

After a Trimix injection I got a very painful erection that lasted for over 3 hours, I injected Phenylephrine and it went down, but two days later I developed a narrowing on the site of the Trimix injection. I thought that Piraprism was a 4 hour erection, but I guess the damaged occurs when is painful regarding the duration. Is been over 3 years and I tried " to fix" my narrowing with traction, O Zone and heat and cold, those "therapies" made it worse, anyway, the reason for my post is to warn all the users of Trimix to take Sudafed once the feel pain on the shaft before it causes damage, do not be an IDIOT like me that waited too long because I thought that was only dangerous after a 4 hour mark

Just curious... Did you follow up with a urologist? I'd be interested to hear what they had to say about it.

He is not an urologist, he is a naturopath "Doctor". He basically injected me too much and let me leave the office with a full erection and never told me anything. When I told him what happen he just said that my damaged is rare and he was a completely asshole about it.

I went to 3 different Urologists and they said that probably was an hematoma due to being hard and painful for so long, but how did I know, I thought that was only dangerous at the 4 hour mark, that is what all the documents say, now because of that day I'm devastated and depressed, if I knew!!!. Trimix must only be administrated by Urologist not by Naturepath "Doctots", and scam "clinics".

Did they conduct an ultrasound to see what damage or to see what going on inside your penile shaft?

One told me that I have microcalcifications. Every Doctor that injects Trimix should tell the client to use Sudafed if the erection is painful after one hour being erected, but some only mention the 4 hour erection. I was so naive, I was having pain and I didn't take the Sudafed because I thought that was only dangerous if my erection lasted for 4 hours, if Nathan Papadeas from Tempe AZ just warned me and tell me to take Sudafed after a 2 hour painful erection my penis would be like before, now I'm desfigured and depressed. Trimix is a wonderful drug if you know what you are doing or you get an emphatic Doctor with knowledge

Just read in an article that Piraprism is a painful erection that lasts for over 2 hours!!!!!. My painful erection lasted for almost 4 hours, that is why my penis is permanent damaged, I was never informed by Nathan Papadeas of Tempe ,Arizona. He destroyed my life, he committed a case of medical negligence and he is still injecting Trimix to other potential victims, how someone so careless can practice medicine?, he is using very powerful medications and doesn't have a minute to tell me what to do in a case of Piraprism????
