I am now only taking 15mg Mirtazapine, Cialis 5mg every 36 hours.
My anxiety problems worsened a lot unfortunately, but I think this is because of the withdrawing of antidepressants. Masturbation is good 95% of the times, sometimes I lose my erection but I am always able to recover it.
Sex is still causing anxiety, I'm dating a girl but we haven't had any sex yet.
Penile implant is still a possibility to me, as it is one week I'm feeling very suicidal and depressed.

24 y/o suffering from sudden onset of severe ED (from previously having no ED at all). perfectly normal penile doppler and blood/hormone/urine test results. UPDATE: diagnosed with tight pelvic floor dysfunction

Quick update:

The main problem is that I had a particular Doppler that evaluates the elasticity of the tissues and they found a plaque, not calcified yet, 17.9 x 11.7 x 3.8mm, quite huge to me…
I’ve started a new therapy that includes 4 pills of Peyflog, gotta put a cream on my dick 3 times a day and gotta get one injection per month for 12 month.
Many guys here in Italy have been able to stop Peyronies with this therapy, and some have also been able to heal completely as the plaque was not calcified.

So I met an amazing girl one month ago and I am now having sex.
Isn’t it crazy that I have more anxiety with masturbation wrt sex? Sex is going amazingly, no anxiety, good erections but I am on 5mg daily Cialis. We fuck twice a day with no issues at all! And we also do anal, sometimes we fuck for 10 minutes, sometimes we go on for 1.5 hours.
I have peyronies and the curvature is changing.
At the moment I am happy but since I started fucking I cannot really get an erection on my own as I am less horny and I cannot really get hard if I do not get 5mg cialis. But till 2 weeks ago I was perfectly fine in getting hard on my own. Not an issue at the moment btw, I do not need to masturbate.
Lesson learned: I am not sure if I’ll ever overcome my performance anxiety 100%, but for sure I was a desperate case, and I am now having good sex, stressless.

Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

I am now fucking with no issues at all, erection is perfect and I can keep it for as long as I want (5 + minutes after ejaculation in very good nights).
I am now using Cialis or anything and I have now fucked with my girlfriend more than 300 times since Aug 22.
I am taking care of my Peyronies that has improved a lot (also verified by ultrasound), thanks to a multimodal therapy in Italy (pills, cream and injections every 30 days).
Life is beautiful and ED is just a far nightmare.
Never lose hope guys, I was ready to commit suicide 2 years ago.
I am now fucking with no issues at all, erection is perfect and I can keep it for as long as I want (5 + minutes after ejaculation in very good nights).
I am now using Cialis or anything and I have now fucked with my girlfriend more than 300 times since Aug 22.

Talk therapy -> 2 months of EMDR to help me overcome the traumas of when I couldn’t get a proper erection. Sometimes I still have anxiety, but it is something I can cope with now, and it is much less btw.
Multimodal -> it is solving my peyronies and it requires
- 1 injection per month of Trental in my penis (performed by the urologist), not inside the plaque but very close to.
- 4 pills of Peyflog per day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening
- 2 Sclero Hayal gel per day, morning and evening
- 1 Dolaut Spray per day at lunch.
