Hi, I have met with my Urologist and we discussed my Coumadin and other meds. He is fine with my injecting while on Coumadin. I am also fine with it as long as my Coumadin is in check with my INR not higher than 3. My therapy has it at normal range when between 2-3.
I have tried it about 4 times so far without any problems.
I am on injections because I wanted to try something besides Viagra which works ok but not quite enough sometimes.
I have ED issues do to very high doses of Beta Blockers....Toprol 300mg/day.
I am just wondering if this is an issue for any of you as I have seen several references to guys who feel they can't inject while Coumadin.
I am also considering a pump to use before Tri Mix although I don't really need it to just get plump for the injection.
Any thoughts on this topic would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Do you inject while on coumadin?

I'm on coumadin, 25mg per day and my urologist is aware of my meds. The trimix works sometimes and at other times its iffy !. Just have to take chances. Here in Canada we do not mix our own, but obtain same from the pharmacy !

Do you think its iffy because of the coumadin for some reason?

Here is a good reference for the answer to this question:
http://www.edguidance.com/treatment/inj ... atment.htm
My Urologist did tell me to keep the pressure on the entry point for about 5 min. So that is working fine so far.
My doctor has given me a new formula going from 30/10/1 to 30/20/1 coming by UPS today. The prior formula is working but I want a bit better erection for intercourse and one that will last longer than 30 minutes.

Men taking blood thinners, such as warfarin (Coumadin) can use injection therapy, but should apply pressure to the injection site for a minute or so to prevent a bruise
