I re read the OP. I would highly recommend the implant. Masterbation is way better and for your vacations that time will be much nicer as well.

Depending on your blood flow your shape may be different and you will most likely feel the tips of the implant in your glands. With good blood flow you will not or maybe very little notice the implant during sex.
