I would suggest a little less pumping. Too hard and the implant cylinders may constrict blood flow. If I pump to maximum, the point where pain is there but not unbearable it can make my glans cold. If I pump to about 80% of this, things are still nicely firm but not steel hard. Nice thing is the glans stays warm. It may be that you are trying TOO HARD.

Re: unable to orgasm after implant (15 weeks)
its now 5 1/2 months post op. Still unable to orgasm. My surgeon says several things & now i'm getting suspicious. He tried Muse 12 days worth with no result, my testosterone was at 650 but now taking axiron to build it even higher so far with no result. Very much pain at anything more than 3/4 erection. Even at 1/2 erection, no orgasm & orgasm was normal pre-op. Last time I went to surgeon he was not there & his associate checked me out & said my record showed heavy plaque in the head & could only inert titan up to base of head but not in it & this is why the head is totally floppy. Also the head seems to not be getting good blood flow as its dull & not pink as was pre-op. I tried to roll penis for many days to try to break up plaque & no result. Does anyone think I need to be redone ? The surgeon says wait a year or two to get orgasm back but I think its a way of saying for me to get lost. Any suggestions well appreciated

Reduced sensitivity and difficulty with orgasm is not uncommon even at 6 months, even though it might affect only a minority of people. However pain at 3/4 erection strikes me as highly unusual. Pain even at max erection should probably be a thing of the past by now.
My advice: if your surgeon isn't helpful, go get a second opinion from an experienced implant doc.

Increasing your Testosterone will create more "desire" ... but does nothing for the blood flow issue ...
Very much pain at anything more than 3/4 erection. Even at 1/2 erection, no orgasm & orgasm was normal pre-op
The pain is most likely the pre-existing scar tissue stretching ... your lack of blood flow at the glans is know as "Soft Glans Syndrome"
http://www.sexualmed.org/index.cfm/sexual-health-issues/for-men/soft-glans-syndrome/overview/
"The following conditions are associated with soft glans syndrome: neurologic injury, post-urethroplasty, atherosclerotic vascular disease, blunt perineal trauma, glans shunt surgery for priapism, Peyronie’s disease, and penile implant surgery"
my record showed heavy plaque in the head & could only inert titan up to base of head but not in it & this is why the head is totally floppy
Heavy plaque in the head = lack of blood flow ... as for the floppy head ... it takes extra time to remove the plaque with a special tool. Shame your surgeon was so lazy ... the Insurance company won't pay for the extra time, so your left with less than an expected result. Get a second opinion from another URO to see if this warrants a revision.

Wait a year or two = that's a load of crap!

Re: unable to orgasm after implant (15 weeks)
My Uro says Viagra is good for blood flow to glans.
He also said you can do it with a Vacuum device and band.

angelbob wrote:Thanks for all the responses guys. Today I saw my surgeon & he says the reason I am unable to have orgasm is that the head of the penis is getting very little blood. Its very much whiter & colder than the rest of my penis. He tried Muse pellet insertion in the penis with no result in getting blood flow. He gave me a prescription for 12 pellets. Went to pharmacy & its $800 for 12 insert pellets. I was flabbergasted so will call back & see if I have any other recourse other than spending $800 for 12 pellets that may not work like the one he tried. Does anyone have any other ideas on getting a restoration of good blood flow to the head. Its very white, limp & cold. The rest of the penis is hard as a rock but the head seems to be my problem for no possible orgasm. Please advise & Thanks, Bob
Re: unable to orgasm after implant (15 weeks)
Now 6 months post titan implant. Been rolling penis to try to break up plaque. Don't think much result though. My surgeon put me on Axiron testosterone. My blood test showed 650 but perhaps some more will help. Head glans still floppy, soft & whitish. Blood flow problem persists. Tried to orgasm for over an hour & a half & only wore myself out. Tried with my girlfriend & alone with porn. No result. Thanks guys.
