Glans reaction during sex

This was a first for me...was really pumped up after my injection and everything felt great, but I could not "finish" -- I'd get agonizingly close, but could not cross the threshold. When I pulled out to finish by hand I noticed my glans was TINY compared to when we started. No engorgement at all, which maybe was the reason why I couldn't finish as that is where the vast majority of my sensitivity is.

What would cause the glans to just shrink in the middle of sex? Very weird.

I get a slight desensitization from trimix. Now my glans does not shrink but i have not been able to orgasm through anything but my hand for months now. I get the exact same sensation. I feel like i can get to the summit, just not get over it. It doesn’t happen to everyone but it happens to a lot of us trimix users.

The matter that makes up the glans and the shaft is not the same. Injections act on the shaft part, corpus cavernosa. The glans engorgement must either come from natural excitement that somewhat works in your body or simply by the general compression of the veins in the penis, caused by the shaft erection. In any case, it's not "stable", so unless you use a cockring of sorts, you'll get variable glans engorgement.

I wonder that if you aren't getting glans engorgement or are having problems climaxing, try less trimix/pge1 and see if that fixes it, as sometimes this is the cause.

Hello, I have one more question about this. If you use Bi or Trimix and you get a good glans swelling, is there a good chance that you will also get the glans swelling with an implant?

I get glans engorgement before sex from oral. My wife bless her heart loves to start out with a soft penis and I inflate as she sucks it. Like a natural dick would do. I notice that the glans gets quite engorged from that. I’m interested in the trimix thing though? It might be a better engorgement.

The question was meant to mean that if they use Bi or Trimix and have always had good glans swelling, whether you can assume that if you get implanted, it will stay that way.

Sirgawain: Years ago, before ED, I used to thicken my shaft, after erection, by putting on a cylindrical stretchy which squeezed the lower third but enlarged the rest, including the glans. In fact, the glans seemed to enlarge more than the shaft.

Get a set of the silicone stretchies at any sex toy store; they're about 1-1/2 inches long and come in different diameters to match your erect thickness.
