I've had minor ED issues since my 20's. Things worked most times but there were quite a few instances where they didn't. As I aged, it got worse. By 39, I saw a doctor and they ran some bloodwork. Most everything was in check but Testosterone was clinically low. They prescribed viagra. I've used viagra for the last 6 years. The past 2 years, my doses have increased dramatically. I'll take 200mg and sometimes it does nothing but make me red in the face. 300mg was typically a good dose. Cialis has never really seemed to do anything for me.
Recently, I went back to the doctor. They ran bloodwork again. Everything in check but Testosterone is still clinically low. They had me get tested 2 more times since then and every time its low. They said they are referring me to someone that can talk to me about TRT. In the mean time, I've been prescribed bimix.
The mix is Papaverine HCI 30mg/mL, Phentolamine Mesylate 1mg/mL
Still working on dosage. 1st try was 10 units. Did nothing. 2nd try was 30 units. Worked 4 hrs+. Last 2 times were 25 units. Lasted 3 hrs or so. Working my way down to finding the least amount that will work for at least and hour. I'm starting to wonder if the first try was miss. The last few tries, I pull back on the plunger to make sure I see some blood in the syringe before injecting. Since doing that I haven't had any misses.
Anyways, the next day after using this bimix, my penis feels "lifeless". Its pretty well shriveled up and doesn't seem like anything will make it want to engorge even a little bit. Is using bimix damaging my penis? I'm worried that it will end up being to the point where it will do nothing at all unless I inject.
Is Bimix going to physically damage me?

My natural erections have actually improved since using Trimix injections once a week.

The injections are not risk free. There aren't too many free rides in this world. The different available mixes may have different risk ratios but no guarantee on that. Alprostadil mono-mix may be the lowest risk. The sensation you described doesn't sound to me like what the risk factors would produce. Probably just a worn out dick from overuse.
