Injection Placement for Prostate Cancer Guys?

Postby jtc_hunter » Sun Oct 06, 2013 2:50 pm

This question is for guys who have had their prostate removed. What results have you had in relation to injecting closer to the base or closer to the head of your penis? I ask this because since my cancer/prostate removal, I inject close to the middle of the shaft. I get hard, but the head is not very hard or engorged, and the base is still kinda "hinge-like" just like when I used a pump. Any suggestions? I am using 25 units of Trimix and stay hard for about 30 mins, after orgasm. Usually 45-60 mins. total.

One does not inject close to the head of the penis, but close to the base. The reason for this is that a portion of your penis is within your body and you want that portion to get as firm as possible. Something which I have not seen discussed in this forum is the needle which should be used. I too use Trimix, from 20 to 30 units with a 29 gauge needle. Good luck!

Wow, people talk about needle sizes all the time on this forum. Do a search, you will see . . .
RP in 2012 because of prostate cancer. 100% ED, also some leakage problems.

I believe JimStars has experience. From what I have read, the gel is much more expensive than the injection. Read through the injection threads and you will find that most guys do not find injections that distasteful.
