Well I finally found the correct dosage to use when injecting, at least for me that is. When I first went to the doctor for a trial run my first injection hurt like hell. He allowed me to inject myself, however he fixed the dosage. I don't know if it's cc's or millimeters or what, I just go by the numbers on the side of the syringe. The doc fixed the trial run at 15. Wow was I excited as hell, best erection I had since the surgery. After a while he came back in and checked me out. Also I started to have pain, not where the injection took place but just all over.
Well that was too much we decided. So after playing around with different dosages, last night I finally found the right dose.
Just below a 10. Erection was great, lasted for about a good 50 min, no pain. And after the advice of you guys here, I learned how to inject slowly, near the base, and most important, get it plump before injecting.
So prompts to you guys for the great info. I'm where I need to be to have enjoyable sex again.

Hey Afterhours10!
Congratulations. You are actually injecting 10 units which is equal to about .1 ml or cc. I found that the more injections you have, the less your erection aches.

When I inject, I inject as close to the base as I can get or at least very close. I also alternate sides (i.e. left to right). That is what my uro advised.
Prostatectomy and radiation therapy 2/05. AMS 700 implanted 9/17.

I have been doing that also, I just split the dosage and inject 1/2 on each side....I agree, it works great !!!
