That's the biggest problem I see with it, even if your dose is low and never get priapism, every injection is probably traded with a bit of scar tissue. What people don't realize is that some are more prone to scar tissue than others and you wont be able to see it cause is inside. For example, I'm prone to keloids. People of color are more prone to scar tissue it seems.
I've used trimix like 3 or 4 times, it kinda works but I'm concerned about scar tissue.
This may also explain why injections stop working eventually for so many, because they develop scar tissue plaque, combined with their physical ED vascular worsening, the combination of vascular plaque and the scar tissue explains why it will stop working eventually
so in the end, you will need an implant regardless and the scar tissue will make the implant surgery more difficult, so wouldnt it make more sense to just go straight to the implant
people say is the last frontier, last resort, but you already have ED, the injections are temporary fix, they wont work forever, in the end youll end up requiring an implant
if you start injections in your 40s-50s cause pill no longer work, you really think injections will continue to work for the next 30 years? they wont by then your penis will be so fucked up that implant surgery will be difficult
another problem is you could develop peryiones from the injections, again making implant surgery harder
Scar tissues and injections
Re: Scar tissues and injections
Well, some of what you say MAY be true for a few guys. There are some guys who have used Trimix for a long time with good success and no side effects. Some guys have even gone years using just pills.
What is true is some guys are more prone to venous leak and will need an implant. But just because you lose an erection once or twice doesn't mean go do a surgery. It's human nature to try fixes first. That's where the pills and injections come in.
Read up on some of the stories here. The fellows here are honest and open about their journey. None of us wanted to go through this, but if we can help others by relating our experiences that is a good thing.

Re: Scar tissues and injections
i asked my doctor about scarring. he said it "can occur". i pressed him to tell me (for instance) if he sees this in his practice. he said very rarely.
i asked about priapism. he said it "can happen". i pressed about how often he sees it and under what circumstances. he said from the shots not often. more often from taking other medications (such as trazadone) at the same time with injections-- or even just the other medication and not the injections.
bottom line: follow the injection protocol you were given religiously. if you don't understand or need more detail, ask.
i get that obsessing about whether or not something 'might' happen at some point in the future is somewhat endemic to the way we think now, but these are infrequent things in reality.
but don't take my word for either how good/benign it could be or other people's word for how awful it was for them. do your own research (NOT ONLY ASKING GUYS ON THE INTERNET) from competent medical professionals that you trust.
you can always find things on the internet that will say the worst doom and gloom situation (or the most naïve consequence ignoring advice) possible for a given symptom or circumstance. there is no excuse for not educating yourself. and educating yourself needs to be more than just finding an opinion online that confirms what you already want to hear, whether that's positive or negative.

Married 25+ years. Have had lots of urological procedures. Trimix made me ache, and bimix seems awesome. Castrated but on Test Cyp 260mg/week. Usually naked but kilted if not. Ask me anything.

I didn't quote the whole thing. But the whole thing was a very good post. I'd just add that internet forum advice is often if not usually worth what you paid for it, or less.

Re: Scar tissues and injections
There are many men who use injections for decades with no scar tissue as that doesn't happen the majority of the time if the injections are done in a responsible manner and not to frequent. And if Injections just "kind off" work for you then you're doing something wrong. Many will use pills for years then go to injections and then back to pills and repeat this process. It sounds like you just don't like injections and thats fine.
Re: Scar tissues and injections
It's easy to avoid scar tissue:
- rotate injection site
- try only using pge-1
- do traction
- use a VED
be consistent with the traction and VED and you'll be fine.

Re: Scar tissues and injections
injections are ok if you are NOT in a relationship cause sex is not often even so its inconvenient and the risk of scar tissue, yes is minimized if used sporadically i guess
eventually youll need the implant so just prolonging the inevitable

i use injections 3-4 times a week. as long as ive used traction and ved no issues whatsoever.

That's not always the case that youll need the implant its just a step many men choose to make. Many people have psychological ED and the Trimix helps with that problem so they use Trimix when they want no chance of failing. That's my case and I just use Trimix once or twice a week when I want zero percent of failure and want to perform at my best but then I can use pills and herbs through out the week. Trimix still works for many men but they hate the hassle so they choose to go with the implant route as they get older. Some use Trimix for 30 years with success. I've used Viagra for over 20 years and as long as I rotate with injections and don't use daily it still works, I just hate the side effects.

I dont mind injecting and using, my concern is scar tissue and fibrosis then having trouble getting an implant if i ever choose to go that route
viagra depends a lot on the mind, so if youre not aroused or you feel down or not in the mood it will work poorly, this has been my experience with it, so is not reliable
