39 yrs old, trimix or implant?

Postby Rufian » Tue Aug 08, 2023 9:34 am

How long have you been using trimix? Im single and only have sex once a month if I get lucky otherwise I see sex worker ive been seeing for years who i feel comfortable with. Considering is only once a month. That would 10-12 injections per year. I only started using this month.

Maybe if I was married, i would get the implant now cause you want to please your partner who may be with you for the long term

Should I be good? Should I be concerned about scar tissue? As much as id like the implant, I’m only 39 and id rather keep saving money. Insurance would cover but id still have to spend at least 7k. Id rather wait to get the implant tbh by 65 you get medicare and the surgery is almost free.

If I wait another 10 years and do the implant at 50, assuming it lasts me 15 years, then by the time i need another one, i will be retired and eligible for Medicare

Only downside of exhausting trimix is that I won’t be able to be in a relationship as i would have to use it way more than that

Most guys that use injections will inject 3x a week on average with no scar tissue issues (my doctor has a patient injecting over 20 years without issue). Now that's not always the case, but once a month shouldn't be of concern. (By the way, when I went to start injections I also planned on once a month to keep penis healthy. But the results were so enjoyable it increased my sex life with my wife and gave me great solo time as well.)

Anyway, back to your question regarding implant now, or sticking with injections. I am going to share something that another implanted member advised me to do when I had a similar question, "keep your natural erection for as long as you can". I don't remember the exact member that shared this with me, but it gave me peace of mind and I took his advice.

Regards,

A happy bimix user :-)

There are many Trimix users that use for 20 to 30 years and these are people that inject at least 3 times a week. If you're only injecting once a month theres a chance you could use for the rest of your sex life, plus in 10 years there's no telling what medications come up for ED.

If you only inject once a month, and if you don't get any natural night or day erections, be sure to use a VED for therapy at least a couple of times a week. If you get natural day or nighttime erections then don't worry about it.

Hello thanks for responses

I do get occasional morning woods and if i masturbate to porn, i get hard but only for 5 to 10 mins max then i start to go soft which tells me i may have a leak

I have performance anxiety and probably there is a physical aspect to it as the pills don’t work well anymore even more so with performance anxiety

They worked well for 10 years, even tho i stipl had performance anxiety, this tells whatever physical component caused my ed is now getting worse that im getting older?

Either way, i would rather keep using injections and have sex once or twice a month. Thats what i was doing for many years with viagra

My next step is get a doppler to see if is blood flow, a leak or is all my head

As nice as an implant may be i feel im too young to destroy my natural erections so soon

Plus If you get 10 to 20 or more years out of injections theres no telling how advanced implants will be by then and even better pde5 pills will be available.
