Ever since I've been diagnosed with venous leakage and had to go on injection therapy, I occasionally get nightmares about sexual dysfunction.
Does anyone else get this problem?

I cannot say that I have any nightmares in the past few decades. But I did sometimes have them years ago. Can't remember them.
Reflections of our daytime concerns can trouble our sleep, for sure. What sort of nightmares do you have?

The nightmares were about never being able to have sex again, mixed together with overwhelming feelings about the seriousness of my situation.
I must admit, two years ago, I had a very bad episode of tinnitus that was triggered by Viagra, the tinnitus was screaming in my ears and went on for months, I had a pretty bad time. Then I went on injections.

I experienced nightmares when my ED was at its worst and Trimix was failing. Recurring one that my wife was doing other guys, and my sad floppy dick never working again. Depression mode was in full swing.
Viagra made my tinnitus worse, way worse.

Yeah tinnitus thing is strange, doctors don't often see it, but the tinnitus was screaming, I never want that again.

That would be very cruel to not be able to go to sleep and forget your troubles.
I am thankful I have not had nightmares. For me it has added to my normal state of depression. The worse part is the anxiety when the best meds for anxiety can cause sexual dysfunction.
We fight so hard to live and carry on yet life itself can be so cruel.

Re: Does anyone else get nightmares over sexual dysfunction?
I have been having some dreams lately that I am able to get an erection and I’m trying to find my wife to show her and possibly do something.
Very disappointing when I wake up and realize it was just a dream.

Excellent question, very interesting topic.
When I was younger, I used to obsess over sexual performance. But no, I don't remember having nightmares.
Now that I'm 47 y.o., I couldn't care less and that's how it should be. I'm not perfect, I do fail every now and then (e.g. stress, wrong sexual partner) but that's not ED.
Age 40. Psychogenic ED for over 20 years. Current regimen: Udenafil 200 mg, oral phentolamine mesylate 40 mg, Seredyn.
