I'd also say less is more meaning less shots a week, but when it comes to just the PGE-1 many people if used in a responsible manner can use Trimix for many years without any scarring or developing any curvatures.

I’ve read stories about guys who have developed scarring/fibrosis/Peyronie’s from injections. I’ve never met anyone who did. Then again, I’ve not had many conversations with guys who injected.

32 years of injections. None of those complications. Easy implant installation on page 99 of DOTD in members only forum.

It’s a drug. Use as directed. Don’t try experimenting w/ dose or frequency without medical advice & supervision..

Which one did you use for 32 years? Trimix?

And how do you know you never developed scar tissue? Did you have a doppler before getting implant that confirmed there was no scar tissue? Thanks

For traction you can get the totalman ultimate package which will have everything you need to get started.

I'm 37 have been using injections for about 3 years.
And no I'm extremely happy with injections. I might get one if i'm too old to be able to inject.

I started with Bimix. There was no Trimix in 1987.

Around 1995 or 96 the doc I had moved me to Caverject (pure alprostadil). Hated it. Almost but not quite bad enough to think about celibacy. Gave me terrible achy dick.

In 1998 they tried me on Viagra and it helped but not really enough. I’d get a good erection that was short lived or a really good semi that lasted a long time. So they put me on Viagra with a lower dose of Bimix.

In 2001 I started using Trimix.

In 2015 I tried Quadmix (Trimix w/ a little Atropine in it) but it was no different than Trimix in results. I could have sex with it. It just wasn’t really great. A lot of anorgasmia. Sometimes pretty short lived erection. Then about the time I’d get disgusted I’d have 2 or 3 months of perfect results.

By end of 2017 I had decided it was time to do an implant.

As far as scar tissue, I asked the surgeon to be on the lookout for it. I told him after 32 yrs of injecting, I was curious as to what it had done. He said he would. No MRI or any imaging. When I woke up in recovery first thing he said (after telling me things had gone very well) that he didn’t feel or see anything resembling scarring in the corporal bodies he removed. I’m guessing a surgeon >1000 implants would know what to look for.

Then i keep them in my freezer and when i have a date put them in my fridge before the date.

When things are about to happen i just excuse myself to the bathroom, grab it from the fridge and go inject.

And put them in the bathroom. Like that it should be good for quite a few hours.

If i go on a date near her place or at her place i just keep it in my pocket and then use it. If i spend the night i take those ice packs that last a long time and the tin-like bag the vial comes in and put it in my backup. That keeps it cold for 24hrs.

Ideally have it cooled somehow. but i'd say about 12 hours. Probably more.
