Venous Leak and Happy

Hey,

Can you have a venous leak and still have sex without pills? I have a venous leak (diagnosed) and I feel like i'd still be able to, but since I havent found anyone who said they can I have been severely depressed.

i have diognesed venous leak. i had ED all my life and im 23. i can have sex with 100 mg viagra but it is almost impossible to get her riding me . i do fine on missionary position .

i had ligation surgery 1.5 year ago . it was waste of money.

i am getting pycnogenol and horse chestnuts pills to prevent blood leak thru veins . its first week of use and i dont see any considerable impact yet . i will take those pills for 3 months

if nothings works im going to get a penile implant in few years. because i dont want to take pills everyday.

i feel miserable.

i am happy to have some rigidity with supply but i can't be enough satisfied as long as im not achiving a 100% of an erection .

Hi softglans. Are you sure you have a venous leak? How do you know? And how does it feel? You can get it up but you can't maintain it without constant stimulation, is that it ? If it is, then that's my case too.

ive never been able to since 15 years old. i have low aertirial inflow/systolic velocity as well which is probably why, absolutely no sex drive and reduced sensation.

check your testosterone levels and see the numbers for yourself. don't accept them telling you that you are normal, this happened to me and it could have ruined me forever.

i have not been happy, quite sad most of my life. now i am happy with everything else but the sex problems still eats my otherwise, very good life.

i feel hopeless yet optimistic now that i've began treating the likely cause.

if all else fails, i would consider doing what others on the forum have done or confine myself to a life of loneliness.

I know your young but go for implant. I was injured as a kid playing sports and never knew it could cause a problem. AS I go older, my erections stopped being as firm as when I was in my 20's and 30's. I din't know what was causing it and slowed down having sex as embarrassment set in. Tried pills without success as the blood flow had been reduced due to the injury. Got the implant finally and wish I had 20 years ago even if I had to replace later as I would have worn it out. Missed a lot of sex with my late wife and will always regret. Find the best doctor you can and get the erection you remember having when younger. What fun again.

Hey man, I wonder how did they diagnose you? And also do you see any abnormalities in your penis on the outside?

I wonder if I may have developed a slight venous leak myself after injuring my penis, as it takes less time to lose my erection and can only reach peak erections for a brief time.
