I've read somewhere that PGE1 targets the venous outflow and other compounds like Papaverine target the arterial inflow, but then I see elsewhere that virtually every compound used in these mixes works by "relaxing blood vessels" which ends up working systemically, because your dick is just one part of the whole circulatory system. Eventually the drugs get everywhere your blood goes.
GERD is currently the only side I've noticed from injection and while it's milder than the effects from Sildenafil, it's still annoying.
Does anyone know if certain mixes are more benign than others in terms of affecting the esophagus?

Are All Mixes the Same Regarding GERD?
soft glans since ever / some ED from youth now fairly serious ED after much use of constriction/clamping to achieve 100% fullness / sorting out TRT and delaying implant plans until all mental, chemical, and physiological possibilities are exhausted
Re: Are All Mixes the Same Regarding GERD?
I can certainly get GERD from sildenafil but I've never experienced it from PGE1.

I’ve never heard of any of the injections causing GERD.
It’s such a small amount of medication the systemic (vs local) effects would be tiny. I use a large amount of a very concentrated mix and I’ve never noticed any systemic side effect. Local ones (ache) yes, but nothing systemic.

WOW.
I never thought about this. I do have GERD.
And although Viagra doesn't work for me anymore, I still have GERD, and have been on medication for it.

Started with Viagra at age 40. Worked good for about 12 years.
Tried Trimix injections, worked great for about 8 years
Now Trimix no longer works.
I got implant on Oct 26th 2022.
