I have purchased and plan on using the Inject -Ease auto injector. It injects the needle and then I push the plunger down manually... slowly.... At least that's my plan.

They have them on Amazon and most of the reviews look pretty good

That sounds way better than the thing I used. Wish that was available when I needed one. Check the needle length with an autoinjector. May need to be a bit longer size. Ask the doc.

As bldoink said, it sounds like you have a good doc, so he or she will make sure you get things going correctly and with the right mix and dose. The main thing is getting the injection into the correct location... the corpora cavernosa. Study up on penis physiology a bit so you understand where the medication needs to be delivered to from the tip of the needle.

Be patient, and give yourself time to practice and get the procedure down. I'd advise a few solo sessions until you get it perfected, but if your wife is really interested, bring her in on the practice sessions too. My wife doesn't want to see me inject, so I go into another room then come back in and let her help massage things around a bit so she can feel it grow, just like the old days when the touch of her breasts made it happen! FINALLY had my Trimix training appointment with my Urologist today.

He let me self-inject 10 units of Trimix using my Ambimedinc Inject-Ease injector.

The needle pain on a scale of 1 to 10 I would say was a 1 so that was a non-issue.

I could feel a reaction from the injection in about 5 minutes and then after 10 more minutes went by I had a very good erection almost too hard for about 90 minutes.

After then I started slowly going down but I'm pretty satisfied with this because I did not have ANY visual or physical stimulation from my wife..... My appointment with the doctor was at 8:00 in the morning so when I got back from the doctor my wife was still upstairs asleep was still upstairs asleep...LOL !

I wanted to wake her up but did not think that would gone over very well because she a bad headache (a real one) last night but she is going to be in for BIG surprise a couple of nights from now !!!

I am amazed at how well the Trimix works !!!

Feel much better knowing I can now have reliable sex with my wife after having so much difficulty the past 12 months.

I would encourage anyone that is having a hard time with erections to at least give Trimix a try... The needle thing really is a non-issue.

Yes, I thought about the bedroom thing later on but I think/hope i will ok in the bedroom a couple of days from now because my response to the injection was so robust hopefully it will overwhelm any Psychological ED that I may have.

BTW...my Urologist suggested 48 hours between uses...

the wife will love it if she is still interested in sex. i know my wife does. i started out doing the obligatory 48 hours in between used but that has turned into her asking for it 3 days in a row with about 20 hours in between uses. the small amount i need lasts about 2-3 hours. for me its like a switch is turned on and i am a pornstar, it still to this day overcomes any psychological impairments. ive been on it for about 18 months now. yes i have had some misfires but they have only been a handful. use it to please her and yourself.

First post here and I thought I'd chime in. I took me a long while to get the nerve up to talk with my doc about ED. Turned out he brought it up first during a regular physical. He sent me to a urologist and she was easier to talk with than my primary care. She suggested I get of the ED pills (whey weren't working very well and I had increasing side effects) and recommended Trimix. I came back another time for her to show me how to use it. Showed me the needle and how to measure, etc. Showed me where to inject. She put 5 units in the syringe and asked me if I wanted to do it myself or to have her do it. I chose to do it myself while she watched. It was easier than I thought. She left the room for a few minutes while I massaged the injection spot and it was pretty much completely erect when she returned. She gave me the prescription for the Trimix (30-1-10) as well as the stuff to make you go down if you don't on your own. I've been happy using it for a couple of years although I just saw her two weeks ago and got a stronger mix which definitely makes me feel like a teenager again. She asked me to try the new dose while she was there just in case but it was all fine. For me, the injections have worked out well. An occassional bruise...my mistake and a miss or two, also my mistake.
