No lost girth here! Maybe a slight gain. No lost length either! AMA 700 LGX and quite a bit of stretching pumps when I got the go ahead.

Heck this thing has even held up to 4 weeks of radiation treatments.

matutevenini84,
Titan Implants use different girth cylinders according to cylinder lengths:

14cm & 16cm length = 17mm girth
18 cm length = 21mm girth
20 cm length = 21mm girth
22 cm to 28cm length = 22mm girth

AMS700 LGX cylinder girths are 12mm, inflate to 18mm

So yes if you are one of the (very) few that use the larger cylinders, then you would gave a greater girth (20 %) ... but no length expansion with Titan. Like with Radio I did not lose any size at all ... actually I regained some size that I had lost over the years.

Ronn1708,
The cylinder lengths are determined by internal measurements with a special tool. The URO measures the chambers along the inside of your penis, then measures the chambers that are internal in your body ... then adds those together to determine the size cylinders to use.

You should really go to YouTube and watch any of the many "penile implant surgery" videos there ...

As for your 6" ... what do you get from a "Flaccid Stretch Test"?

The general "rule-of-thumb" is to pull your flaccid penis straight out, as far as possible ... now look down, that is about the length size you will get from an erect Implant.
