Almost needed to go to the EMERGENCY after using edex for the 1st time with a 6 hr erection, did it do any damage to my erectile tissue?
it seems when I masturbate now my erection is a lot weaker than it was before. Or is this a temporary thing?

Was it a aching, can-bang-nails-with-it, cold erection ? If not then you are probably going to be fine.
If your erection is still somewhat warm .. then you still have blood flowing thru it even at 4 hrs or whatever -- but sometimes it is a little hard to tell so it can be a cause for concern when approaching 4 hours.
Also after using PGE-1 injections such as in your EDEX system, you might continue to get some alprostadil ache long after the erection goes down -- I know I get some ache if I use a VED with a half a day after using PGE-1 shots. Just goes with the territory.
Can't say about your MB-ing afterwards being weaker ... for me I got nothing after the erection goes down from the shot...
