Hey all!
I’m scheduled for E&G and an Implant next month. Due to Peyronie’s, I have about a 70’ bend. I have definitely lost some length, which Dr Karpman wasn’t very optimistic about getting it back with the implant. I didn’t think about it at the time, so I’ll ask you…
If the plaque is removed and grafted (with cadaver tissue) why can’t lost length be recaptured? It would seem to me that replacing hard plaque with soft tissue would allow for renewed length.
Any info would be appreciated and helpful.

Did Dr Karpman say he planned to remove the plaque and graft it with cadaver tissue?
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

If you get a usable working dick quit fixating on the length .. too many get all hung up on that and lose sight of the prize which is to get back into the gave of being able to have sex again ..

@wolfpacker - Yes, he plans to perform excision and grafting with cadaver tissue.
@easymony - I'm not really fixating on length. Yes, I will be incredibly satisfied just to be straight enough to have sex, however, I have always been larger than average, so I was just curious. It was more of a medical question....the way my small brain works, removing the plaque and replacing that area with soft tissue shouldn't restrict length.
