About VED and penile implant

I would like to take pleasure to say hello. I am a newbie.
Currently, I am 30 years old, having struggled with ED and PE for years.
Back then, PDE5 inhibitors such as Viagra and Cialis were perfect for me, mine was like hard rock and difficult to let erection go way.
But now, even I take high dose of Viagra , I pathetically cannot erect well, my ejaculation is not satisfied becaused my erection is bad.
My health status has been well, no problems with hormone and vessel.
Can you help me to answer some questions:
1. Should I consider Penile implant, I wonder if I am too young to use this?
2. Can other treatments like injection and vacuum erection device (VED) treat my ED permanantly? and could VED help my sexual life for long time because I read many complications of VED.
3. And regarding implant
- What about feeling and satisfaction
- What about the hardness, it is rumoured that just only hard enough to enter, like it could be bent down, not "titan status"
- What about life after implanted, sports, hiding.

Welcome to Frank Talk. This is the place to ask those questions. I'll try to answer what I can.
50 mg of Viagra worked for me for maybe 3 years, and I had to increase the dose to 100mg. Next day was a migraine headache. Even at the higher dose no erection. Moved to injections.
Have you tried injections? That is the usual next step treating ED when pills fail. From what I know Trimix is difficult to get if you're not in the USA. I know there are other options, just don't know names.
An implant is the final step, no going back. At your age expect to need a few revisions down the road. With mine all the feelings are the same as before, my satisfaction is 100%. Even fully inflated I can bend it up, down or sideways. For sex any position.
Can't say anything about a VED. Used one briefly but it never did work for me. Many guys will advise using one to maintain length before implant. I am also not a sports type, but walking and working around the yard are no problem.
