How about left over esex?

I have switched from trimix to edex through the VA. The instructions say to use what is needed to get a good erection for sex and toss the remaining amount. I have found that 50% of a 40mcg glass tube works very well for me. If I inject the entire 40mcg I still get a excellant erection that will last for about two hours but I have aching in my penis the entire time.
What I want to know is: If I put the remaining edex that is left in the glass tube in the fridge, will it keep it's strength for a day or two so we can inject it and get a second useful erection?

This is a partial quote from a response I made to an Edex question on a much earlier thread. I've used this method myself with success and no known issues. If my description isn't clear enough let me know and I'll try to do better. Remember, this method is contrary to the Edex instructions and as far as I know not endorsed by any medical professionals. I'm most certainly not a medical professional of any kind.

"My brother also gets the Edex 40s from the VA. I showed him how to do 1/3 of the cartridge, saving the rest. He mixes it in the cartridge per instructions and then removes the cartridge needle. He then uses the insulin syringes (I think his are 1/2 cc, 1/2" by 30 gauge insulin syringes) and pokes them through the Edex rubber where he removed the Edex needle and draws out 3 doses in three of his insulin syringes. He uses one and freezes the other two. That amount is enough for him. He had no prior experience with dick injections. He asked me for help before using the Edex as he didn't get much info from the VA. When I told him the whole Edex 40 cartridge was probably too much he told his VA doctor what I'd told him. His doctor told him "Yeah, it probably is". That information should have been shared up front, but whatever. He's now good with 1/3 cartridge per.

Bear in mind that what I described above is very contrary to the Edex instructions and I suspect are contrary to all medical advice. So don't do it. I'm in no way qualified to give medical advice. I'm just a bubba typing on the internet. Always ask your doctor and follow his/her advice."

I also use Edex from the VA.. I started with the 20mg cartridge but that was not
quite enough so the Doc moved me to the 40mg cartridge. This is pretty much the
dosage that works well for me, I can stay pretty hard for about an hour, then it starts
to wear off. It does not matter if I cum or not, my pile driving pecker will stay hard
for at least the first hour. So, for a 76 year old dude, I can fuck my brains out for about
an hour, and trust me, an hour is about all I can go. My wife loves it but she starts to
get sore after about the first 1/2 hour so we have slowed it down and she does not get
as sore as she was. Edex is good stuff but you need to use it a few times to figure out
what dosage will work the best for you. I use the whole 40 mg cartridge, why the hell
not? I still have a "missfire" once in awhile, it happens and you just wait til next time but
your wifey can always do oral for you. Good luck and keep pile drivin....

Thanks guys for the inputs and information. I think I will give the draw and freeze system a try. I know that half the 40mcg load will give me a good erection that will last for at least an hour, so I will draw two syringes with half the load in each, freeze and then take out of the freezer when ready to play.
