spend your money to find a doctor to avoid an implant, don't get too excited here, like what happened to me, the implant is full of pitfalls, get it when your dick is really dead

I agree with Frank. Implants are wonderful but not to be taken lightly. If you're on the fence then don't do it but if you've been lurking on Franktalk for as long as you have my guess is you already know you need it. The only thing left to do is find a great and reputable surgeon to give yourself the best possible outcome.
