How can I leave this behind me and move on?

Ed kills me for the past 3 years my life has been a messed I know implant is my option but still I cannot move forward and leave my past behind thinking only if I didn’t touch some stuff I would’nt have suffered this way I can’t forgive myself and go way too hard on myself. Therapy didn’t help idk what to do idk how I can move on from this

I don't understand. Did you "touch some stuff" that makes you feel like you deserve to never have an erection again? If so, this sounds like a deeper psychological issue than you can solve with advice from random internet strangers. Perhaps therapy would help?

Based on his post history, his ED is from jelqing and doing traumatic penis exercises.

Therapy would be a very good call. I have 2 friends who are paralyzed for life because they weren't wearing seatbelts and got into a car accident. I'm sure they think of the same thing you are, "if I had acted differently I wouldn't be in this situation". I think acceptance and therapy will be key for you moving forward
