Tubing causing pain and inflammation

Postby Bbob52 » Thu Sep 28, 2023 8:57 pm

Hey guys. I was implanted on 4/29/2019 and last night i pushed my pump bulb up a bit and i felt the tubing leading to the reservoir move where it lays under the skin on the side of my shaft. The reservoir is located in my abdominal wall. Anyways, now it’s very tinder and I can feel it move when i move. There’s a bit of swelling too. It’s never done this before. Has anyone else experienced this?

Similar issue...

Felt a few pops and progressed to a bulge... Got MRI to see if the corporotomy sutures popped. But was inconclusive. Now the cylinder is bulging laterally the size of a grape.

Second opinion this Tuesday
