Nearly six months post surgery my size is essentiall the same as when I was twenty years old. My implant is an AMS LGX and I have hyperinflated it for an hour every morning resulting in increases in both length and girth compared to right after surgery. I have to say that I would not want an impalnt that was less pliable due to comfort and appearance.
I am sixty-six years of age and dealing with gradually worsening ED for twenty years. At sixty-three I wanted something that worked reliably. I got an AMS 700 LGX implant in 6/25/13. I am entirely pleased with the outcome. My surgeon was Dr. Karpman.

I was implanted with the Coloplast Titan in December 2007 and it completely corrected my ED and restored the emotional bond with my wife.
Also, it does not interfere with any of my physical activities, e.g., weight lifting, swimming, hiking, etc. and I can still wear a Speedo Racing Suit without feeling at all self-conscious.
In Summary, I would dod it again in a heart-beat!
Please feel free to PM me if you have any non-medical questions or just to talk.

Yes Scott I am from Durham, mine is being done at Duke and my doctor is going to use the Titian, but he also use the ams , he said it depends on the patient. He told me the Titian will give me a stiffer erection. I am having my surgery the 5th of Dec if you want to contact me my e-mail is jryancey44@frontier.com
Dr Lentz at Duke does 125-150 a year so he is very good. I did notice that most of your top doctors 3 out 4 in fact use the Titian. He also said I would keep the stretched length, just strech it out in the flaccid state, measure it and that is what you will get :)

Can you address the whole length thing before and after with the LGX? I have only had prelim discussions with my Urologist in Charlotte. He said he *can* do both, but he prefers the Titan. He said the AMS felt "flimsy" to him. Of course, I don't want to lose size if(more likely when) I do the implant, and the AMS seems a bit more f=geared to deal with that. How did it go for you guys?
