How long do most people use their VED

Been reading thru these post and started wandering, How long do most men use their VED.

I have sometimes gone as long as 45 minutes during my morning session, I do stop during this time to bend and rotate my shaft, and give it a rest. No problems so far.

Are you using it with constriction ring?

The medical recommended max time with a tourniquet or constricting ring is 30 minutes. I would let your own comfort and time be a guide when not using a constricting ring. Either way don't over pump and use too much vacuum.

riseagain, I did not bother with the construction ring at all. I used my VED for about 14 months while I searched for a surgeon. About 30 minutes per session 2 sessions per day. This maintained my natural size report, and flushed blood through my tissues.

I just want to make sure i understand about the construction ring. Are we talking about the silicone attachment on the bottom of the tube or a ring that you put on your shaft after using the VED?

A ring around the base of the penis, trapping the blood that was drawn into the penis by the vacuum, thus maintaining the erection created by the VED after the VED is removed.

Essentially much like a tourniquet.

Well I don't see a need for that, the implant is always inflated during my VED sessions. Always there when I take it out of the VED.

Depends on the vacuum level. I have a vacuum gauge on my pump. In order to avoid excess edema, I found I could go up to 20 minutes at 5 hg and up to 45 minutes at 4 hg.
