Cialis and Viagra

Has anyone had Cialis or viagra start working again after they stopped working for you?

Viagra wasn't doing much so I stopped for a while and it started working great again...

I alternate between that and injections.. I'll use 5mg of Cialis in the morning and then 100mg of Viagra about an hour before sex and it works good.
