Penile Implant Journey - 33 Years Old

Hey everyone,

I'm a 33-year-old man who has been through quite a journey after a penile injury two years ago. Unfortunately, it resulted in venous leakage, and even after a failed venous ligation surgery, I find myself in the position of needing a penile implant. I've set my surgery date for November 6th, and I've opted for the AMS LGX.

I'm reaching out to this community for advice, guidance, and support before the surgery. If any of you have been through a similar experience or have valuable insights to share, please don't hesitate to do so.

I'm planning to keep you all updated on my progress, both pre and post-surgery, and I hope my journey can be a source of information and encouragement for others facing similar situations. Your support means a lot to me.

Penile scrotal. Yes, he does revisions, but this is a future decision. I hope the first implant lasts more than 10 years with no mechanical issues. Thank you, and I appreciate your help.
