I started with injections last December. It took about 6 months for me to get the correct medicine and the correct amount. Went from trimix, to bimix, to quadmix, and finally back to bimix. Finding the right dose was also time consuming. I’m at 32 units of super bimix, and it works.
I use the VED before injecting, just to make it easier to find a good spot to inject, and I only pump a little bit.
I’m just telling you this so you will understand it is a process, and can sometimes take a while.
New to ED, and new to injections - BiMix
Re: New to ED, and new to injections - BiMix
Ironicaly I ordered an 'Autoinject' pen before seeing your message. I'll see how they go. I'm a little concerned about the pushing of the meds too fast, but hey - we'll see.

Re: New to ED, and new to injections - BiMix
I'm very leery of the autoinjectors that automatically inject the drug. I determine needle depth and depress the plunger based mainly by plunger resistance and pain. If it hurts when you start depressing the plunger, then you're not at the correct depth. If you have much more plunger resistance than if injecting into air, then you're not at the correct depth. In either case change the depth. You may need to go deeper but you also could be too deep. No need to remove the needle, just adjust the depth in or out until you can depress the plunger easily. If using a strong mix I also recommend depressing the plunger slowly. I've found that if I depress the plunger slowly in short little pulses I get no ache from the meds. I also always massage the injection site area after injecting to spread the drugs.

Got the Autoinjector 2 today and gave it a shot. Watched this video:

I have the 12mm needles so...his instructions were spot on. I was super nervous. Got the site all cleaned, filled my syringe to 15 units, and almost chickened out. Was super scared that it was going to hurt, held it firmly at the 10 oclock position, and pressed the button and heard the click but felt nothing. For a second I wondered if it had worked. I waited a couple of seconds, as he suggests, and pulled back, and the needle came out - THEN there was the same dull ache from the bimix which went away pretty quickly. Honestly I felt zero pain from the injection.
The bimix worked. Took about 15 minutes but I got a good 1/2 hour to 40 minutes of erection. The erection is different with Bimix from normal. I had heard you wont get much glans erection and that is 100% correct. Which is odd. My glans is small unless engorged so I looked a bit like a torpedo but hey - I'll take that over nothing (or weak erections), which is what I had before.
So I'll take this as a win and press on. Hopefully this continues to work well for me and maybe I'll regain some natural erections with time.
Cheers

I use one called Inject Ease and I really like it because it inserts the needle for me simply by pushing a button and then I slowly, manually push the plunger in to deliver the Trimix.
