30 year old - implant journal

Hey guys,

Thanks for answering all the questions to my previous topics. I'm gonna start a journal of how my recovery goes.

Background: I'm a healthy fit 30 year old. I am still a virgin due to severe ED. I went around my 20s avoiding sex and coming up with excuses. I wake up one day and a decade has flown by without addressing my issue. Never had morning woods or random boners. Pills and injections never worked on me, even super high doses. Finally got a doppler and I had a severe venous leak.

I'm getting implanted tomorrow morning Nov 1, AMS LGX. Surgeon is Dr. Marois in Montreal.
I am surprisingly not scared or nervous one bit. Just want to get this over with and join the brotherhood.

I'll post an update post op.

A word of caution about post surgery expectations. Its not uncommon to need up to a year to recover from surgery. Just please keep that in your mind.
Also, part of your recovery is up to you. For example, frequent & regular cycling of your implant is key in my opinion.
Other than those warnings. It actually isn't as bad of a surgery as your fears might tell you. Follow directions & don't try to be some kind of superman. Use the pain meds if needed.

Do what the docs say for their protocol.
Do the cycling, when the Doc tells you to start cycling.
I have the AMS LGX also and I’m a few days shy of 2 years.
Yes, it will feel different and you’ll be a shower now if you weren’t before.

Hey all im in the revovery room.
Surgery went well.
I have a question about icing...
How long and how frequently did u ice ur balls?
Was it 20 min periods, 3-4 times a day?

First night after surgery.
Balls are fucking swollen.
Icing helps somewhat?
Took pain killers and still feel pain in my dick.
Currently my dick is 75% inflated and has a catheter in. I think the pain is from catheter
My appointment is tmrw at 10:15 am to remove the catheter and deflate the implant.
