Shouldnt bend more than an inch. It may the longer you have it. Only speaking of my experience and I am only at 7 weeks post op but fully inflated I have a hard time bending it more than that. Others that have had theirs longer may have a different opinion

If you are bending at the base that is normal. I mean moving your entire erect penis up, down or side to side. If you can bend your fully pumped up penis mid-shaft that is something you need to discuss with your doc. Mine isn't "rock hard" but it is just as stiff as my youth erections.

Bend where precisely on your penis? At the base or mid-shaft?

Fully pumped i do indeed have a “rock hard” erection and am unable to bend it mid shaft more than a millimeter or two. No way could i bend it beyond, say, 10 degrees or so.

At the base however, fully pumped and hard, it’s totally bendable. Just like the Perito exercises. Up to stomach, down to scrotum level, and fully side to side. This flexibility at the base provides all the angles i want for literally every position i can imagine.

I mean holding it with my hand at the base, in the center I can bend it.. but only up and down, not right and left... at first I couldn't do it now after 3 months yes.. if it continues to soften in 1 year it will be disgusting.. I use it a lot I have sex almost every day

I am not aware of any actual doctors active in the forum, and so my opinion is just that….of a pedestrian level layman.

But, i think that if i get the get picture accurately, you can bend your pumped dick at the midway point. 90 degrees? This is definitely not normal unless you are using an inordinate amount of hand strength, the likes of which you’d never encounter during even vigorous sex.

So, the issue is rigidity. Rigidity comes from pressure build up. Just like a natural erection. What might cause this?

1. Inadequate fluid in the reservoir. Possibly an insufficient amount of saline in the chamber. Possibly a leak.

2. Pump malfunction. If it’s it not getting it satisfactorily hard, maybe it’s at the source. The pump. I assume you’re pumping until you cannot even get another “micro squeeze” out of your pump, insuring max pressure and, by default, max hardness.

3. Weak point in the cylinder. Like a crease. Like the kind that might be created by, say, bending your dick at the midpoint. Dr. Clavell warned me about such bending at mid shaft during a discussion of the Perito exercises. His comment:

“c’mon man, you don’t want to break your dick, do you?”.

At this point those speculations aren’t helpful because here’s nothing that can be done about any one of them. Time for a call to your doctor if you haven’t already.

Please keep us informed as to your prognosis and outcome. Your experience is rare on franktalk. Not minimizing your dilemma, just because it’s rare doesn’t mean it’s not significant to you. Best wishes.

I'm not a Titan owner, an AMS CX. At pumped close to max. No way will it bend right to left. The two cylinders support each other & it just isn't going to happen. Now some forward to aft movement can be done. But not even close to 90 degrees.
I'm thinking that you're not pumped as much as you think you are. I.e. your leaving some rigidity on the table so to speak.
Research your pumping technique or I'm just guessing here. Due to insufficient pumping early on you might have carpel contracture.
This issue is worthy of a visit to a decent dr with lots of implant experience.

My titan is very hard when pumped all the way up and my penis shaft does not bend. The base will shift the same as my youthful penis did to allow for different positions.
